Velkommen til Poulsbo Yacht Club
The Poulsbo Yacht Club, located on Liberty Bay, was founded in 1956.  We are a private yacht club operated and supported by our membership.   Our members enjoy each other through their common love of boating, social activities, and caring for our club and grounds.   Our Social Calendar is full of boating-related and social activities.  The PYC clubhouse and marina are beautiful and can be enjoyed by non-members through reciprocal moorage and private rentals of the clubhouse.

It is my honor to represent Poulsbo Yacht Club as the current Commodore. We pride ourselves on being a cohesive well- run organization inspired by fun and a sense of community.    We cruise together regularly and participate in special community events.  In December 2019, we celebrated our 50th Annual Lighted Ships Parade.  We participate in Poulsbo’s annual Viking Fest Parade and contribute to local charities each month.   Boating education is available through the Agate Pass Power Squadron and through in-house programs.

In the midst of Coronavirus, all in-person club activities have been closed, but our membership continues to stay very connected.  We have weekly virtual happy hours and monthly virtual business meetings. We have held a socially distanced car parade, coordinated a safe food and toiletries drive to benefit Fishline, and members have even held a marina wide dance from the bows and bridges of their respective boats which further proves that “the necessity for fun is also a mother of invention”.

Our PYC family has done a great job finding innovative ways to not only stay connected during a difficult time but also process and welcome new members while normal activities are closed.  So please enjoy exploring our website and if you are interested in joining Poulsbo Yacht Club, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Happy and Safe Boating,
Debbie Lee
