We need several clubmembers to help us remove, clean, and paint the PYC yardarm!  ↣ VOLUNTEER HERE

PYC hosted boating program where you can learn how to handle your boat in an emergency.  Subjects include: Know your boat in an emergency, safety equipment, fire extinguisher operation, flare guns/life rings/life rafts, engine controls, calling for help, know your location, overboard drills.  Using club member boats - we'll have twin screw power, single screw power, and sail boat options available.  

The class is Saturday Sep 24 from 9am-1pm with a catered Ambrosia lunch to follow.  Cost is $25.

Schedule:  6pm SOCIAL HOUR with BAR OPEN
                   7pm POTLUCK DINNER | Bring a main dish, side dish or salad to share.  The club will provide bread and dessert
                   8pm MEETING START (you are welcome to attend the meeting portion only)

Clubhouse Closed for a private event - Lund

Women's Interclub Council (WIC) consists of members from 14 Yacht Clubs in the Puget Sound area.  On Oct 13 Poulsbo Yacht Club will host our biannual luncheon. The event includes a lovely luncheon and Judy Driscoll as the guest speaker.  Judy, the curator at the Poulsbo Historical Society Museum, will tell of the logging hertiage of our community.  All PYC women are encourage to attend this event.  Additonally, this event is traditionally hosted by the men of our club so we encourage our male members to sign up to volunteer to help us put Poulsbo on the Puget Sound map with style. 💙 Dress is luncheon attire, slacks or dresses welcome.

Your choice of Wine OR Whiskey tasting at the time of registration. Wine & Whiskey is provided by High Spirits and will be available to order that night at a discounted member price. Register early as this event is not to be missed. Registration is closed for this event

Please join us as the Poulsbo Yacht Club remembers the service of our Veterans and the ongoing contributions of our local community.

The Navy Band Northwest is scheduled to attend.  Service will include Dessert, Coffee, and Libations (No Dinner)

We are preparing a photo montage to remember our Veterans.  We would love to recognize you, members of your family or other close relatives.   Please send pictures to Doug or Lana. (doug@familynewell.org or lanatarr@gmail.com) 

If you are able to help with the cake and coffee service, please volunteer.

Women's Interclub Council (WIC) consists of members from the Grand 14 yacht clubs in the Puget Sound area. The member clubs rotate hosting a luncheon every month. Learn more about WIC.

Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club (Bellevue) will host the November WIC Luncheon. Join our PYC group to mingle with members from the other clubs and enjoy a delicious lunch and a fascinating presentation. Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Thomas Green will speak about volunteering his orthopedic surgery experience in other countries.

The fee is $20 per ticket. Carpools will be arranged. Dress is luncheon attire; slacks or dresses welcome.
