MEMBER OF THE MONTH – LAURIE SARVER
Member of the Month for December 2022 is Laurie Sarver. Laurie was nominated by several members…. because she does so much for so many. Laurie and George Sarver joined PYC March 2021 and they are sailors piloting a 2013 Corsair Sprint 750 Mark III. They both jumped into volunteering immediately. I first met them painting patio deck furniture and working the Junior Sailing Program. Laurie is recognized today for her prodigious, yet behind-the-scenes contributions on the Tech-Automation Team. She has developed registration apps for WIC and assisted the Fleet Captain by integrating cruise and committee leads, members and registration. Her work has made club work SO much easier for all of us. Laurie, thank you!
